The Common Criteria for General Skilled Migration visa
Age: Must be below 45 years old.
English Language: Applicants must meet the required level of English proficiency for their chosen skilled visa.
Education: Degree or trade qualification relevant to nominated occupation.
Work Experience: Relevant skilled employment may contribute to your points score and eligibility.
Skills assessment by relevant assessing authority.
Points Test: A minimum of 65 points is required, although a higher score may be needed to receive an invitation.
Health and character requirements.
No debts to the Australian government: Must not have any outstanding debts to the Australian government.
