Australian Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) is an independent body that reviews decisions made by the Australian government in various areas, including immigration. If  your visa application is refused or your visa are cancelled  you may have the right to appeal that decision through the AAT. The AAT Appeal process can be complex, and it is generally recommended that applicants need professional assistance.

The AAT appeal process includes assessing the grounds for refusal, preparing and submitting the appeal, attending hearings, and providing additional evidence as required. The outcome of the AAT appeal will be based on the evidence presented, and the AAT may either uphold the original decision or overturn it and grant a visa
